How will this Care Package help me?
Parenting during the pandemic has been a challenging experience for so many of us. It has left us feeling depleted and alone without our usual support network. When read on its own, Becoming a Soulful Parent: A path to the wisdom within can offer you an anchor and provide insights that inspire you to continue your journey with more openness. But these insights can grow in power and creativity when shared with others. That’s where the Becoming a Soulful Parent Care Package comes in. Reflecting on the questions and ideas from the book together with other parents can give you the social connections and encouragement you need, now more than ever.
By downloading all the resources in the Care Package, you will be fully equipped to bring together friends, community members, and colleagues who want to take time out of their busy lives and to tune into their inner wisdom and move through this period (and every period) with their families with more curiosity and love.
What exactly is in the Care Package?
The Care Package includes a discussion guide with introductory material to help you convene your group. Plus four discussion guides for your Becoming Soulful Parent gatherings. It also includes an introductory video for group facilitators and four videos for each facilitator to share with participants at the start of each session. In each of these four videos, Dasee frames the session and invites participants to reflect personally on the material presented.

What People are Saying about the Book
“I was delighted to open up Dasee Berkowitz’s new book, Becoming a Soulful Parent: A path to the wisdom within. With her gentle candor, eye-opening insight, humor, and grace, Dasee invited me into her parenting journey and, by extension, my own. I found Becoming a Soulful Parent to be both accessible and paradigm-changing. Its chapters weave a seamless and colorful interplay between vignettes from modern family life and ancient wisdom. She opened up space within me to take a deep breath, empowering me to embrace my parenting life with renewed joy, resilience, and soulful curiosity.” -Tara
“I really enjoyed learning from you! I feel renewed. It is so difficult to be a present and patient parent. Sometimes taking a moment to listen to yourself in the midst of it all can make a real difference. Thank you!” -Dinie
“I love this book, mostly because it empowers me to own my parenting journey. It gives me a new language and invites me to reflect in a way that is affirming, thought-provoking, and enriching. I also love that this is not a “how to parent” book, but rather provides a practical framework to lovingly embrace the adventure of parenting while recognizing my own inherent gifts.”-Shira
Because we could all use a little bit more care these days.
